The apparatus (100) has a stationary module (10) and mobile module (20) which is connected to the stationary module for supply of mounting/assembly component. The rails (51,52) are arranged in both stationary module and mobile module to form a closed circulating rail system (50). The mounting/assembly component is detachedly mounted in rail system by movable carriage.
