<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite heat conduction member of simple configuration in which good heat conduction can be ensured entirely for a compact laminate, formed by laminating heat conduction sheets each sandwiched between metal plates, without causing a heat flow neck between layers. <P>SOLUTION: The composite heat conduction member is composed of two metal plates (2, 3), and a heat conduction sheet (4) sandwiched tightly between the both metal plates (2, 3) in the shape of a laminate. Through holes (4a) are formed in the heat conduction sheet (4), and metal plate bonding portions (6) interposed between the both metal plates (2, 3) and fixing them integrally are formed, in the shape of a thin film, on one metal plate surface in the through holes (4a).
