<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger for temperature control which does not generate a crack of a coated film by cation electrodeposition when cation electrodeposition coating is given to a heat exchanger. <P>SOLUTION: In the heat exchanger in which a heat transfer tube 30 is inserted into an opening of a number of fins 31 laminated putting intervals, and diameter expansion of the heat transfer tube 30 is performed, thereby the fins 31 are fixed to the heat transfer tube 30, the heat transfer tube 30 is made to have 0.8-2.0 mm of a thickness, is inserted into the opening of the laminated fins 31, then diameter expansion of the heat transfer tube 30 is performed, an aluminum made side plate 32 which is attached to a casing 23 is disposed to the heat transfer tube 30 at both sides of the fins 31, the heat transfer tube 30 is inserted into the hole of the side plate 32 and the fins 31, then diameter expansion of the heat transfer tube 30 is performed, the fins 31 and the side plate 32 are fixed to the heat transfer tube 30 to form the heat exchanger 24, and the cation coated film by cation electrodeposition is formed to the heat exchanger 24. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
