PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a latent image superposition method which superposes a latent image on an image such that when image data is converted with image data conversion software which is generally used, a latent image is emphasized and converted to inhibit the conversion behavior.

SOLUTION: A latent image superposition method which superposes a superposition image on a still image created from a cover still image or a cover moving image superposes the superposition image such that the superposition image is more emphasized when the superposed image is converted or a screen displaying the superposed image is photographed.
