<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical glass having a refractive index (n<SB POS="POST">d</SB>) of ≥1.56, an Abbe number (ν<SB POS="POST">d</SB>) of ≥58.0, a yield point (At) of <510°C, and good devitrification resistance during forming, and suitable for mold forming such as precision mold press forming and transfer of a fine structure. <P>SOLUTION: The optical glass contains 30.0-45.0 wt.% of P<SB POS="POST">2</SB>O<SB POS="POST">5</SB>, 0.1-5.0 wt.% of B<SB POS="POST">2</SB>O<SB POS="POST">3</SB>, 0.1-8.0 wt.% of Li<SB POS="POST">2</SB>O, 2.0-10.0 wt.% of Na<SB POS="POST">2</SB>O, 15.0-40.0 wt.% of BaO, 2.0-30.0 wt.% of ZnO, and 1.3-8.0 wt.% of Y<SB POS="POST">2</SB>O<SB POS="POST">3</SB>+La<SB POS="POST">2</SB>O<SB POS="POST">3</SB>+Gd<SB POS="POST">2</SB>O<SB POS="POST">3</SB>. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
