<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital broadcast receiver, a digital broadcast receiver control method, and a control program capable of reducing discomfort felt when switching between television voice reproduction and caption voice reproduction. <P>SOLUTION: A digital broadcast receiver 10 which receives digital television broadcast containing caption data on television voice and reproduces images and voices is provided with: a caption voice generation part 17 which generates caption voice for reading out a caption on the basis of the caption data, while voice reproduction is interrupted; and a caption voice adjustment part 22 which adjusts the caption voice in accordance with the characteristics of the program content or the television voice of the digital television broadcast. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
