DEVICE AND SYSTEM FOR DETECTING FALSIFICATION OF MOTION VIDEO CONTENTS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect image content falsification such as deletion, addition or replacement with high accuracy by using an electronic watermark.

SOLUTION: Regularity information such as a time code embedded beforehand by an electronic watermark is detected by an electronic watermark from a certain number of predetermined continuous frame data of image contents. When no electronic watermark is detected from the certain number of the continuous frame data, a number of non-detection is calculated and falsification with respect to the predetermined number frame data is determined based on the detected regularity information and the number of non-detection.
