<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerating device optionally adjusting quantities of the cooling heat of an oil cooler and an economizer and minimizing a flow rate of a bypass refrigerant. <P>SOLUTION: The refrigerating device includes an economizer passage 21 branched from a clearance between the economizer 8 and a liquid solenoid valve 12 and connected to the cooling side of the economizer 8, a second expansion valve 9 decompressing a refrigerant flowing into the economizer passage 21, an oil supply passage 23 connected from an oil separator 4 via the oil cooler 11 to a compressor 3, an oil cooling passage 22 branched from a clearance between the economizer 8 and the liquid solenoid valve 12 and connected to an intermediate pressure part of the compressor 3 via the oil cooler 11, and a third expansion valve 10 decompressing the refrigerant flowing into the oil cooling passage 22.
