<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allocate a surplus band, occurring when the output band of an application having a low priority is smaller than a guaranteed band, to an application having a high priority. <P>SOLUTION: The communication device comprises a high priority queue band monitoring unit which monitors the output band of a high priority user queue in a band guarantee unit which schedules a plurality of user queues corresponding to the priorities and guarantees the lowest band of a low priority user queue, and an output selection unit which selects the results from a high priority processing unit which transmits a high priority user queue preferentially when the output band of the high priority user queue is smaller than a specified band, otherwise selects the results from a low priority processing unit which transmits a low priority user queue preferentially. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
