<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the possibility of leak of fact, to the outside, that burst-like searches have occurred to a retrieval server. <P>SOLUTION: A relay device includes a receiving part 20 that receives a search keyword group input from terminals 10; a search keyword transmission part 22 that transmits the search keyword group received by the receiving part to the retrieval server 16; and a search keyword concealing control part 26 that, when making reference to a cluster DB40 in which groups of employees classified based on a matching degree of the previously used search keyword are registered, and when the ratio within the groups of employees who have used the specific search keyword within a predetermined time (homogeneity) is larger than a first threshold value, controls the search keyword transmission part 22 not to transmit a search keyword group including a specific search keyword to the retrieval server 16. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
