A location information plot means (81) plots location information logs, which include positioned locations and positioned dates and times of a user, on a multidimensional space, which is regulated by times and numerical value information which denote the positioned locations. A stopping point cluster extraction means (82) extracts stopping points, which are locations where the user frequently stops, by carrying out weighting which makes more likely the assessment that the Euclidean distances for the logs in the time direction on the location information space are short, and clustering the weighted location information logs. A movement path cluster extraction means (84) extracts the user's movement path by carrying out weighting on location information logs of non-stopping points which makes more likely the assessment that the Euclidean distances for the logs in the time direction on the location information space are long, and clustering the weighted location information logs. |
