The module has a battery cell (12) connected between a connection point and a pole of the module. An operational parameter measurement unit (14) is formed to measure an operational parameter of the module and transmit the parameter to a microcontroller (15). A low voltage supply is formed to supply operation voltage to the microcontroller. The low voltage supply comprises a voltage converter (13) with an input connected with a connection point, another input connected with the pole of the module and an output connected with an input for the operation voltage to the microcontroller. The battery cell is a lithium ion battery cell, the operational parameter of the module is temperature, battery module voltage, output stream and cell voltages, and the voltage converter is a linear controller.
