<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a belt clamp where a bundled object to be bundled is less likely to shift, and a method for manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: A belt side friction part 16 is integrally formed in the contact surface of the belt part 3 of a belt clamp 1 with a wire harness 2, and a buckle side friction part 23 is integrally formed in the contact surface of a buckle part 5 with the wire harness 2. When the wire harness 2 is bound, its outer surface is pressed by a large friction force by the belt side friction part 16 and the buckle side friction part 23.
