IMAGE PROCESSING METHOD, IMAGE PROCESSOR AND UNDERWATER INSPECTION DEVICE EQUIPPED WITH THE SAME

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing method, an image processor and an underwater inspection device equipped with the same processing an image of a camera loaded on a mobile body and focusing on an object using only image information.

SOLUTION: The image processing method includes: extracting a focusing object image using first feature amount representing color tone change in an acquired image; determining the focusing using second feature amount representing contrast change in the focusing object image; and adjusting a focal point of imaging means using the determination result. This method can thus automatically focusing on the image using only image information so as to improve the operability of an underwater inspection device.
