<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interior material joining structure capable of improving assembling work efficiency and surely assembling ends of a first interior material and a second interior material. <P>SOLUTION: A holding piece 5 is disposed at the end 1J of a first interior material 1. The end 4K of a second interior material 2 is held between a rear surface 1J1 and the holding piece 5. The holding piece 5 is disposed at the end 1J of the first interior material 1 so that one side edge 5S1 faces the rear surface 1J1, and tilted in a direction B orthogonal to a break line A. The end 1J of the first interior material 1 is moved to the design surface side of the end 4K of the second interior material 2 to press the other end side 5S2 of the holding piece 5 to the end 4K of the second interior material 2. Accompanied by this procedure, the holding piece 5 is elastically deformed to the outside of a plate surface 5M, and the end 4K of the second interior material 2 moves over the holding piece 5. The holding piece 5 is elastically restored, and the rear surface 1J1 of the end 1J of the first interior material 1 and one side edge 5S1 of the holding piece 5 hold the end 4K of the second interior material 2 therebetween. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
