<p>Provided are a method and server for Quality of Service (QoS) scheduling based on Power Head Room (PHR). The method includes: updating PHR for the User Equipment (UE) reporting PHR; performing statistics for all the UEs to be scheduled in a cell, and according to the updated PHR, calculating an equivalent Signal Noise Ratio (SINR) which is gotten by converting the UE to be scheduled onto a single Resource Block (RB); and obtaining the Transmission Block size (TBSize) of the UE to be scheduled based on the equivalent SINR; calculating and obtaining a priority factor of the UE to be scheduled according to the TBSize; and scheduling the UE to be scheduled on basis of the priority factor of the UE to be scheduled. With the present invention, the calculation for uplink QoS priority is enabled to be more rational, cell throughput of a system can be improved and system stability is enhanced.</p> |
