<p>The compound traditional Chinese medicine extract for the prevention and treatment of lipid metabolism disorders, wherein the active ingredients of the extract are composed of 1-cerotol, ß-sitosterol, n-hexacosanoic acid, atractylenolide III, oleanolic acid, berberine, jateorrhizine, coptisine, tanshinol, salvianolic acid B, cyclotetracosane, 9,12-octadecadienoic acid, 5,7-dimethoxycoumarin, specnuezhenide, ginsenoside Rb1 and Rg1, notoginsenoside R1 and eucommiol. The preparative method comprises extracting crude drug Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae, Fructus Ligustri Lucidi, Rhizoma Coptidis, Herba Cirsii Japonici, Cortex Eucommiae, Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae, Radix Notoginseng and Fructus Citri Sarcodactylis with C1-3 alcohol and/or water, combining total extracts, extracting the total extracts with different organic solvents (such as petroleum ether, ethyl acetate and n-butyl alcohol) to obtain effective part separately, and blending every effective part to obtain the product.</p> |
