The subject matter of the invention is molecules with anti-protease activity for preferentially targeting, in a tumour, the population of cancer stem cells, or CSCs, and/or the metastatic stem cells, expressing embryonic stem cell markers, including Oct-4 and/or Nanog and/or Sox2, defining an embryonic signature in order to reduce the tumour or metastatic capacity of said population, or even to eradicate same.
