METHOD FOR MANAGING PC ON NETWORK BASED ON CALCULATION VELOCITY INFORMATION OF PC, AND WEB-SERVER USED THEREIN

PURPOSE: A method for managing user terminals through networks based on the operational speed information of the user terminals and a web server for the same are provided to preventively mange the user terminals before hazardous malfunction is occurred in the user terminals. CONSTITUTION: Speed information of user terminals is respectively received for a pre-set period of time(S330). A web server stores the speed information by the user terminals. The web server sets the reference speed values of the user terminals based on the speed information(S340). The web server receives the current speed information of the user terminals(S360). The web server verifies necessities for the maintenance of the user terminals based on the current speed information and the reference speed values(S370).
