摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forging press which can highly maintain its forming capacity while downsizing press equipment. <P>SOLUTION: A control mechanism 40 for a clutch brake apparatus 10 controlling the stop in the rotation of an eccentric shaft ES in a forging press P includes: a piston member 41 arranged between a clutch disk 32 in a clutch mechanism 30 and a brake disk 22 in a brake mechanism 20; an energizing means energizing the piston member 41 toward the brake disk 22 in the brake mechanism 20; and a moving means moving the piston member 41 toward the clutch disk 32 in the clutch mechanism 30 against the energizing force of the energizing means.
