SOLUTION: The luminance change of an external environment while a vehicle is traveling is acquired, and the featured values of each musical piece in a retrieval range are acquired, and a musical piece corresponding to the environmental environment is retrieved from the musical pieces of the retrieval range based on the luminance change of the external environment and the featured values of the musical piece.
