摘要 <p>Laminar stretched flexible composite structure comprises a polyurethane surface comprising at least one polyurethane layer based on a polyurethane compound (I), where: the polyurethane layer is formed from low-solvent type, preferably free from solvents; the molar ratio of bifunctional polyols/trifunctional polyols is 1/5 to 30/1, preferably 2.5/1 to 15/1; and the residue of trifunctional polyol contains a structure (II). Laminar stretched flexible composite structure comprises a polyurethane surface comprising at least one polyurethane layer based on a polyurethane compound formula of (-[O-R1a-O-CO-NH-R1b-NH-CO] n-) (I), where: the polyurethane layer is formed from low-solvent type, preferably free from solvents; the molar ratio of bifunctional polyols/trifunctional polyols is 1/5 to 30/1, preferably 2.5/1 to 15/1; and the residue of trifunctional polyol contains a structure of formula (II). O-R1a-O : residues of at least two, aliphatic polyols having hydroxyl functionalities, where polyols are bifunctional and trifunctional polyols; R1 : organic aliphatic radical having a linking chain of 1-4C; R2 : organic, aliphatic residue with a linking chain of 1-4C, where the linking chain of carbon atoms of the radical R2 is at least as long as the R1 linking chain of carbon atoms of the radicals R1; R1b : residue of an aliphatic isocyanate-terminated isocyanate-polyol adduct, preferably at least 80 mol.%, preferably 94-98 mol.% of adducts of two diisocyanate-molecule, preferably two molecule of a isophorone diisocyanate-based diisocyanate, and a linear, bifunctional polyoxyalkyldiol, preferably a polypropyleneglycol-based polyoxyalkyldiol, or at most 5 wt.%, preferably 0.2-1 wt/% of residue of an isocyanate-terminated polyurethane oligomer; and n : 1-50000. Independent claims are included for: (1) a polyurethane synthetic leather blank comprising the laminar composite structure with thermoplastically embossable surface, where the surface comprises a grained cover layer having a thickness of 0.01-0.1 mm and a basis weight of 10-150 g/m 2>and a bottom side adjacent intermediate layer of 0.07-1 mm in a basis weight of 100-1500 g/m 2>; and (2) a grained polyurethane artificial leather comprising the laminar composite structure, where the artificial leather has at least one adhesion promoter layer on the underside to the surface.
