PURPOSE: A portable charging converter is provided to improve portability by embedding a magnifier to a charging cable converter. CONSTITUTION: A terminal(10) of a converter is combined with a power source of a cellular phone. A main body(20,21) includes a light emitting diode and a convex lens. A connection line(31) is connected to the terminal of the charger and the terminal combined with the power source of the cellular phone. The terminal and the connection line perform a conversion function for connecting the charger to the power source of the cellular phone. A plastic convex lens(32) provides portability.
