PURPOSE: A cotton unit fixed to an extraction position of a tooth is provided to firmly fix the cotton unit to the gum using a fixing unit for preventing the bleeding. CONSTITUTION: A cotton unit fixed to an extraction position of a tooth includes cotton(1) absorbing blood, and a fixing unit fixing the cotton to the gum. The fixing unit includes tongs(3), and a spring(2) closely attaching both ends of the tongs. The center of the tongs forms an angle to form a parallel structure with the end of the tongs.
