PURPOSE: An umbrella dehydrator having an umbrella vinyl cover unit are provided to prevent the slip of people due to the moisture on a building floor by inserting a dehydrated umbrella into a vinyl. CONSTITUTION: An umbrella dehydrator(10-2) having an umbrella vinyl cover unit(10-1) comprises a rotating unit, a power transferring unit, and a dehydrating unit. The rotating unit rotates a rotation member. The power transferring unit is rotated by receiving the power and transfers the power. The dehydrating unit dehydrates an umbrella in a dehydrating bucket rotated by the power transferring unit.
