PURPOSE: A battery module is provided to effectively heat or cool a battery cell in short time by improving flow channel of a heat transfer medium, and to reduce amount of heat-transfer medium because heat exchange efficiency of a battery cell is improved. CONSTITUTION: A battery module is provided to have a plurality of battery cells(10), and a barrier(150) between nearby battery cells. The barrier comprises a first side member(151) comprising an opened part, a second side member comprising an opening part, a plurality of bridges(153) extended from the first side member to the second side member, and a housing accepting the battery cell and the barrier. The bridge respectively comprises at least one or more protrusion. The first and the second side member comprise flat plates covering the corner of a respective nearby battery cell. |
