PURPOSE: An earthquake resistant device for preventing the separation of a soundproof panel is provided to prevent a clamp from becoming separated from a mounting bracket even if external vibration and shock is transferred to the clamp. CONSTITUTION: An earthquake resistant device for preventing the separation of a soundproof panel comprises a post, a soundproof panel, and a clamp(100). The post has first and second flanges and a fixed bracket. The first and second flanges are arranged on both ends of a web. The fixed bracket is protruded from the inner surface of the second flange. One surface of the soundproof panel touches the first flange of the post. The clamp has first and second support plates(120,130) which push the soundproof panel to the first flange of the post.
