<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pants type lower garment capable of being prepared without depending on properties of a base fabric and excellent in comfortability and aesthetic appreciation for a person who uses a wheelchair. <P>SOLUTION: The lower garment comprises an abdomen-corresponding member, left and right leg-corresponding members and a lower back half body-corresponding member. In the lower garment, two or more tucks are made on both sides of the hips-corresponding part, when the finished form of the lower garment is viewed from the side, to keep its form so that the trunk-corresponding part is almost vertical, the hips-corresponding part is curved, the thigh-corresponding parts are almost horizontal, the knee-corresponding parts are curved, the leg- corresponding parts are almost vertical and hem opening edges are almost horizontal, to curve the hips-corresponding part, two or more tucks are made on both sides of knee front face-corresponding parts of the left and right leg front face-corresponding members, or gatherings are made, to curve the knee-corresponding part. At the same time, the lower garment is designed to have a form to be almost rectangular, when the abdomen-corresponding member is sewed with the left and right leg front face-corresponding members, and the lower half back body-corresponding member is cut in one-sheet so that a hips-corresponding seam is not made.
