PURPOSE: An internal voltage output circuit is provided to obtain high integration by decreasing the number of wires and the size of an internal decoding logic unit. CONSTITUTION: A first decoding unit(30) generates a plurality of selection signals by decoding a voltage selection code. A second decoding unit(40) selectively activates one of a first group selection signal and a second group selection signal in response to a group selection signal. A voltage selecting unit(50) outputs one of a plurality of first internal voltages and second internal voltages as an output voltage in response to a plurality of selection signals and the first and second group selection signals. |
