PURPOSE: A composition and a health functional food containing Cannabis Semen extract is provided to effectively treat leukemia. CONSTITUTION: A composition for preventing and treating leukemia contains Cannabis Semen ethanol extract as an active ingredient. A method for preparing the ethanol extract comprises: a step of extracting Cannabis Semen at 50 Deg.C for 24 hours; and a step of drying and concentrating the extract at 45 Deg.C. A functional food for preventing leukemia contains the ethanol extract containing as an active ingredient, containing sitologically acceptable food supplementary additive.
