PURPOSE: A dye sensitized solar cell including a multifunctional oxide layer and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve photoelectric conversion efficiency by preventing electron-hole recombination between an electrolyte and a titanium dioxide photo electrode layer. CONSTITUTION: A transparent conductive layer is formed on a transparent substrate. A titanium dioxide photo electrode layer is deposited on the transparent substrate by screen-printing titanium dioxide paste. A scattering layer is deposited on the upper side of the multifunctional oxide layer by screen-printing the titanium dioxide paste. Dye is absorbed on a titanium dioxide photo electrode layer deposited on the transparent substrate.
