ORGANIC LIGHT EMITTING DISPLAY AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THEREOF

PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve image quality by forming an interlayer dielectric layer with a multilayer of various thicknesses. CONSTITUTION: A gate electrode(160) is formed on a substrate. An interlayer dielectric layer(170) covers the gate electrode and comprises a multilayer with different refractive indexes. A transparent electrode(181) is formed on the interlayer dielectric layer. A gate insulation layer(150) is formed on the lower side of the gate electrode and the substrate.
