a À-conjugated conductive polymer having a chlorine content of 0.6 wt% or less; and
a compound represented by the following formula (1);
wherein the À-conjugated conductive polymer is dissolved and
the weight ratio of the compound represented by the formula (1) to the À-conjugated conductive polymer (compound represented by the formula (1)/À-conjugated conductive polymer) is 0.01 to 22.0.
