A SOLAR CELL PANEL AND ENVIRONMENTAL LAMP HAVING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A solar cell panel and an environmentally-friendly street lamp apparatus including the same are provided to utilize a street lamp as a vegetation space. CONSTITUTION: A lower post(10) has a hollow hole(11) and supports a street light structure in whole. A panel frame(31) is connected to an upper post(20) via a connecting member. A solar cell panel(32) is installed on one side of the panel frame. A rainwater collecting panel(33) is installed on the other side of the panel frame, corresponding to the solar cell panel. A rainwater transfer path(34) is installed inside the rainwater collecting panel.
