PURPOSE: A private network information disclosing device in CPNS(Converged Personal Network Service) environment and a method thereof are provided to check the allowance state of the CPNS by using an PN(Personal Network) entity or the PN gateway and offer content or service which is offered from the PN entity. CONSTITUTION: A PN entity2 transmits service search request message to a CPNS server through a PN gateway2(611,612). The CPNS server checks the CPNS information providing level(613). The CPNS server transmits service search response message to the PN gateway2(614). The PN gateway 2 transmits the search response message to the PN entity 2(615).
