PURPOSE: An ice maker and a refrigerator having the same is provided to prevent ice in an ice crushing chamber from becoming melted by supplying cold air to the ice crushing chamber even when an ice path is blocked. CONSTITUTION: An ice maker and a refrigerator having the same comprises a body(10), doors(35.36), an ice making chamber(19), a cold air path, an ice maker, a door(42) of the ice making chamber, and an ice crushing chamber(60). The cold air path is formed in the body to supply cold air to the ice making chamber. The ice maker is formed in the ice making chamber, and comprises a ice making tray(47), which generates ice by being supplied with the cold air. The door of the ice making chamber comprises an ice back(50) provided for storing the ice separated from the ice making tray. The ice crushing chamber forms a divided space, and comprises an ice crushing unit, which crushes the ice discharged from the ice bank to a dispenser. The cold air path is formed in the door of the door of the ice making chamber. |
