PURPOSE: A layout of a semiconductor device is provided to improve process margin by simplifying an active region pattern through an active region with a box type. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of units include a gate(210) and are arranged in one active region(200). A gate pattern for isolating a device is arranged between units. A junction implant region is formed in the active region. Both ends of the gate are formed in a boundary of an edge of the active region. |
