PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to obtain a spacious gain for implementing a capacitor with high capacitance by forming an initialization electrode on the same layer as a pixel electrode of an organic light emitting layer. CONSTITUTION: A planarization layer(17) is formed on the first to third switching devices. A via hole(VH) exposes a drain electrode or a source electrode by passing through the planarization layer. An initialization electrode is electrically connected to the drain electrode or the source electrode. The initialization electrode transmits an initialization voltage.
