PURPOSE: A method for predicting the subcellular localization of protein is provided to input the information of target protein, the interaction information of the protein, and the expression information of the protein or gene under specific conditions. CONSTITUTION: The static characteristic of target protein is input to generate a static feature(S110). The interaction information of the static protein is input to generate a static network(S120). The static characteristic of the neighboring protein of the target protein is applied to the static network to generate a network feature in the static network(S130). A location-feature model is generated based on the static feature and the network feature. A dynamic network is generated, and a protein feature is generated by applying the static characteristic and the location information of the target protein to the dynamic network(S160, S170). The location of the target protein is determined under a specific condition based on the protein feature and the location-feature model(S180).
