PURPOSE: A quick coupler is provided to extend the lifetime of a quick coupler by reinforcing the strength of quick couplers. CONSTITUTION: A quick coupler comprises a body(100), a latching groove(140), primary and secondary shafts(150, 160), a hydraulic cylinder(200), one or more guides(300). The body comprises a reinforcement rib(110) and primary and secondary shaft holes(120, 130). The reinforcement rib is reinforced by using ribs. One of the primary and secondary shaft holes is coupled with a H-link(H) and the other one is coupled with the arm(A) of an excavator. One portion of the hydraulic cylinder is coupled to be rotated and the other one comprises a fixing wedge(220). The guides are installed in the body and guide the input and output of the setting wedge. |
