PURPOSE: A retractor for a seat belt and a clutch for thereof are provided to reduce the movement of passengers by retracting the webbing wound in a spool by using a motor. CONSTITUTION: A retractor for a seat belt comprises a frame(10), a spool, a webbing, a controller, a motor(50), and a clutch(60). The spool is installed to be rotated. The webbing is wound around the spool and led into the frame. The webbing is drawn out through the frame. The controller controls the retraction of the webbing by recognizing vehicle information. The motor generates driving power for the rotation of the spool. The clutch transfers driving power to a spool form the motor.
