PURPOSE: A disk chucking device, a motor, and a disk driving device with the same are provided to have an elastic member which is integrated with a centering disk. CONSTITUTION: The inner circumference of a disk is fixed to the outer circumference of a centering base(120). A plurality of elastic members are integrated in the centering base. One end of chuck chips(160) protrudes from the outside of the centering base. The other end of the chuck chips is coupled with the centering base so that the other end of the chuck chips contact the elastic member. The other end of the chuck chips has elastic force by the elastic member.
