AN ISOLATED PROTEIN COMPRISING NORTH AMERICAN TYPE PRRSV ANTIGEN AND EUROPEAN TYPE PRRSV ANTIGEN AND USE THEREOF

PURPOSE: A fusion PRRSV antigen containing European and North American PRRSV antigens is provided to detect the PRRSV in a sample. CONSTITUTION: An isolated fusion PRRSV antigen protein contains amino acids of sequence numbers 2 and 4. The amino acids of sequence numbers 2 and 4 are linked by a linker amino acid sequence. The isolated protein has an amino acid sequence of sequence number 1. A nucleic acid encoding the proteins of sequence number 1 has a base of sequence number 6. A method for producing the isolated proteins comprises: a step of culturing nucleic acid-introduced host cells to express proteins; and a step of isolating the proteins.
