PURPOSE: A welding jig for a car torsion beam welding machine is provided to maintain a trailing arm at a right position because a supporting piece is projected from a prop unit and the trailing arm is inserted in a pin hole. CONSTITUTION: A welding jig for a car torsion beam welding machine comprises a prop unit(14), a fixing pin(16), a pressing plate(20), a supporting piece(24), and a guide plate(28). The fixing pin is operated by an air cylinder(10) and is inserted in a bottom pin hole of a trailing arm(34) so that a position for supplying the trailing arm can be decided. A pressing piece(30) of the pressing plate operated by the air cylinder pressurizes and fixes the trailing arm. The fixing pin is connected to one end of the supporting piece and is projected from or inserted into the prop unit. A vertical guide rod(26) formed in the other end of the supporting piece is coupled to the guide plate formed in the fixing piece and is vertically operated by the air cylinder.
