PURPOSE: A structure for preventing oil-spill of an oil tanker is provided to prevent spill of oil stored in an internal tank when a hull, an external tank, and an internal tank are penetrated by external impact. CONSTITUTION: A structure for preventing oil-spill of an oil tanker comprises an external tank(100), an internal tank(200), and a conveying device(300). The external tank is accommodated inside a hull(10) of an oil tanker. The internal tank is accommodated inside the external tank and stores oil. When the hull, the external tank, and the internal tank of the oil tanker are penetrated by external impact, the conveying device prevents spill of the oil storing in the internal tank because a penetrated part of the internal tank comes in contact with the inner surface of the external tank by moving the internal tank with the conveying device.
