NOVEL 2-PHENYLQUINAZOLIN-4(3H)-ONE DEREIVATIVES, PROCESS FOR PRODUCING THE SAME AND PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITIONS COMPRISING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A novel 2-phenylquinazoline-4(3H)-one derivative, pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and a pharmaceutical composition containing the same are provided to effectively suppress cell proliferation and to prevent and treat various cancers. CONSTITUTION: A novel 2-phenylquinazoline-4(3H)-one derivative is denoted by chemical formula 1, 2, or 3. A method for preparing the derivative comprises: a step of preparing a compound (1) by reaction of anthranylamide and terephthalic acid monomethyl ester; a step of preparing compound (2) by cyclization and ester hydrolysis of the compound(1); a step of preparingcompound (3) by reaction of the compound (2) with tert-butyl 1-piperazine carboxylate; a step of removing a protection groups from the compound (3) to prepare compound (4); and a step of treating the compound (4) with sulfonyl chloride and sodium hydroxide. A pharmaceutical composition for anti-cancer contains the compound of chemical formula 1, 2, or 3 or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as an active ingredient.
