PURPOSE: A lithium secondary battery is provided to restrain gas generation at high temperature storage and the degradation of a battery capacity without degrading battery performance. CONSTITUTION: A lithium secondary battery comprises a positive electrode(1), a negative electrode(2), and an electrolyte. The electrolyte comprises a polymerizable compound or a polymer. The polymerizable compound comprises a material having an aromatic functional group and a polymerizable functional group, and a material having a complex-formable functional group, and a polymerizable functional group. The polymer has moiety of the complex-formable functional group, the aromatic functional group, and the polymerizable functional group. |
