PURPOSE: An indoor or outdoor see-saw health machine is provided to effectively improve the strength of legs more effectively by applying relatively high strength to legs on, stamping on a spring board. CONSTITUTION: An indoor or outdoor see-saw health machine comprises a main body(1), a spring board(2), a buffering device(3), a lateral axis(4), a ballistic guide apparatus(5). The main body is combined with a front and a back post frames(10,11) with a handle, a horizontal landing board(12). The spring board is installed on the landing board to be horizontal. A front end part of the spring board is formed to free layers to facilitate an up and down flow, and comprises a foothold in a back end. The buffering device is installed between the floor of the front end part in the spring board, and a sub frame of a lower part in the spring board, and elastically controls the up and down flow to be easy. The lateral axis is a middle front of the bottom part of the spring board. The lateral axis is rotatably fixed to respective brackets fixed to the main body. The lateral axis couples with the spring board by a fixation nail to rotate together.
