PURPOSE: An apparatus for filtering rolling and grinding oil is provided to simply manufacture a lower housing and a lower housing supporting structure by preventing pressurizing loads from an elastic cylinder from being directly applied to the lower housing. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for filtering rolling and grinding oil includes a sealed chamber(33) and a filter roll(45). The sealed chamber is composed of an upper housing(34) and a lower housing(35) which is combined with the upper housing. A part of a filter in the filter roll penetrates between the upper housing and the lower housing. The apparatus includes a frame(31), an upper bracket(36), and an elastic cylinder(40). The lower housing is combined with the frame to support the sealed chamber. The upper bracket is protruded to the lateral side of the upper housing. One end part of the elastic cylinder is combined with the frame or the lateral side of the lower housing. Another end part of the elastic cylinder is combined with the upper bracket of the upper housing. The elastic cylinder vertically elevates the upper housing while being supported by the frame or the lower housing to be located at the lateral side of the lower housing.
