PURPOSE: A device and a system for providing a femto cell service are provided to configure a backhaul of the femto cell from an outdoor type relay equipment. CONSTITUTION: A signal sharing unit(120) receives a plurality of frequency bands from a signal transmission unit(110). The signal sharing unit transmits combination signal which combines the signals of a plurality of bands. A signal separation unit(130) transmits divided signal which is divided from a set specific frequency band among the combined signal. A femto cell unit(150) performs the amplification and transmission for the divided signal.
